About the Program
ETIC is a student-founded, student-led organization operating with faculty support at Gulliver Preparatory School. The club focuses on the intersection of:
- Emerging and frontier technologies
- Entrepreneurship and company formation
- Capital allocation and early-stage evaluation
- Leadership and decision-making in complex systems
Speaker engagements are designed to provide students with practical insight into how innovation functions beyond academic theory.
Speaker Format
Speaker sessions are intentionally structured to be:
- Conversational rather than lecture-based
- Focused on real-world experience and decision-making
- Driven by thoughtful student questions
Topics may include, but are not limited to:
- Building and funding companies from the earliest stages
- Evaluating founders, ideas, and emerging technologies
- Scaling technology-enabled businesses
- Applying data, AI, and analytics in real-world settings
- Leadership lessons from high-growth or capital-intensive environments
Speakers are welcome to shape the discussion based on their expertise.
Logistics
- Session Length: 45 minutes
- Format: In person (Miami) or virtual
- Meeting Days: Monday–Thursday
- Time: 3:30–4:15 PM
- Season: January through May
We are happy to accommodate scheduling preferences when possible.

Students come prepared and engaged, and sessions are moderated to ensure a respectful, focused discussion.
